Levi’s Porch is, in some aspects, a reaction to the “fast fashion” attitude of industry: low-quality materials and work; churned out as quickly as possible to make a quick buck; looks nice on the first day, but doesn’t stand the test of time. That kind of attitude leads to churning out cheap things which end up in the landfill in a few years, and the cycle starts all over again. It may save you money in the short term, but it’s detrimental in the long term — to the customer, the worker, and ultimately, the planet. It’s selling out the future just to make a quick buck.
Levi’s Porch is all about planning for the future. We want to create quality builds that last for decades to come — not only for our customers, but for our employees as well.

Meet Jordan.
Jordan is the talent behind Levi’s Porch. He’s got 15 years of carpentry and remodeling under his belt, and a passion for helping others.
One of the things that drives him is the desire to unite vocation with the rest of life: “Our careers so often only serve one purpose - and ignore the full, totality of our lives. But what we do for 8 hours a day has a huge impact on who we are beyond just our bank account. We want to be fully integrated people - and with Levi’s Porch, we’re aiming to help people who can’t do that for themselves, because there are systems in place that actively prevent them from being able to achieve that sense of integration.”
Why Levi?
Levi’s Porch is named in honor of a friend of Jordan’s who lost his battle with addiction. We are committed to doing everything we can to put systems in place to help people like Levi find purpose and meaning.

We want to provide holistic support with built-in fair chance hiring and a mentorship track for our employees.
Fair chance hiring: We extend employment opportunities to individuals who show the desire to rebuild their lives without being judged for their past — those who are in active recovery or re-entry and working with professionals to move forward.
Mentorship Track: We offer personalized mentorship tracks & professional training to help individuals work towards gaining job skills that match their vision for a successful future, providing more than just a pay check; offering hope for holistic growth.
